Culture Described as a city of learning, with a large university population. It is also a city of sport and is home to the National Pool of Wales, a premier league football team and one of the most successful regional rugby sides in Europe.

Geography The city centre is built around the sweep of the stunning Swansea Bay, the city stretches back up the Swansea Valley. Swansea acts as the gateway the Gower (the UK's first area of out-standing natural beauty). View Larger Map with Google.
